Unlawful foreclosure and what you can do to stop it.

Before you rush into reading all of what is below, make sure you are an adult, can take responsibility for for your actions, know how to read and write English and can tell right from wrong. The Common Law is very simple - it is not statutes, it is not the constitution, it is not case law, it is not equity although it rules all of those.Common Law is justice, it is freedom, it is the root of your liberties. The process of using it is very simple - some party has injured you - by fraud or by force. You state those claims and demand recompense. By stating such you are laying down the law. This becomes the law of your court, and you are sovereign like the Kings of yore. The Claim of Right below is only a template. You have to state the TRUTH of your situation to the best of your knowledge. If "they" came in and made threats that is assault. If they threatened to kill your cat (as in one recent instance) to intimidate, then those threats with full details go in the notice of felonies. If they used force or threat of force WITHOUT lawful claim of right and took your property, then that is battery. If they arrested you without a LAWFUL claim of right to do so, that is kidnapping.You need to prosecute default judgments that are fair and that a real court of law would uphold.
We do not condone or accept such flagrant violation of the law. Criminals in uniform are still criminals.You can be sure that justice will be done on a worldwide basis. There are forces out there that will ensure it.
What you need to do if you are in foreclosure:

- Whenever you hear the word "illegal", pay attention. An example of such use: "illegal immigration". Unrestricted right to travel over the common way - the highway, the airway and the waterway - is an unalienable right. 100% lawful at all times. Those that use the words "illegal immigration" initiate unlawful, fraudulent force and are criminals.

Notes - Courts are not theatre - all arguments MUST BE IN WRITING. All courts in USA all the way from the SCOTUS to the county courts are Administrative Courts for Corporations. If you attempt to use one of these administrative courts as a common law court of record you MUST know what you are doing - for every one of the officials is going to do his best to puncture your sovereignty. - What you need
- Free OpenOffice.org word processor.
- Printer and ink. It may be more effective to use a professional print service. If you cannot afford to print the supporting material, make sure you change the wording to NOTICE them that this material is available for free on the web and thus on the Public Record and that by noticing them of it, you presume that they are now aware of it.
- A seal. Get a rubber seal made or use your thumb print as a seal.
- Access to a notary or three adults acting as a witness.

- Visit a notary with several copies and cover letters and your seal all ready to go -
- File a notarized copy with your county recorder and/or use America's Public Record. Email us copies to blog@rayservers.com for a free posting, or post it on freedom.rayservers.com yourself.
- At a minimum you must serve: The lawyer prosecuting the foreclosure, the court/judge, the local police and sheriff.
- Send the notice to the Governor of your state, and also the Secretary of State - make sure the cover letter informs them that they need to send you all securities held in your name and all dividends ever collected in your name.
- Send a notice to the President, Secretary of State and the Secretary of the Treasury of the USA.Research the Puerto Rico treasury too. Again, make sure the cover letter informs them that they need to send you all securities held in your name and all dividends ever collected in your name.
- File a notarized copy with your county recorder and/or use America's Public Record. Email us copies to blog@rayservers.com for a free posting, or post it on freedom.rayservers.com yourself.
Notes:
- The material above will work in any country. The judicial notice will have to be re-researched, but the underlying principles of law are the same - civil law or common law - the FUNDER of the loan must be repaid. In EVERY country, the fraud is the same. The borrower is the funder of the so-called loan.
- If you run a major corporation and are holding your funds in a checking account, the underlying deposits are OBTAINED BY FRAUD from THE BORROWER. Your company WILL be destroyed as this massive mother of all frauds has its inevitable collapse.
